As an IT Support Engineer, you are a central support in our team and play a significant role in ensuring our products function smoothly. You competently and reliably support our customers, ensuring that our systems run smoothly on-site. SIMStation Support & Commissioning

Your Mission

Testing: You carefully test, document, and maintain our systems, ensuring smooth operation.
Commissioning: With great skill, you commission our products either at our company location or remotely for our customers.
1st & 2nd-Level Support: You receive a customer inquiry through our ticket system. Using TeamViewer, you immediately identify the problem—and, of course, you already have the right solution at hand.
Continuous Improvement: You think outside the box. Bring all your knowledge and experience and actively participate in the improvement and further development of our software.
Internal Support: We support each other – you are always ready to assist your colleagues with their questions.

And This Is What You Bring

  • First and foremost: You have a genuine interest in IT and technical skills.
  • You have completed your education in the IT field (HTL or similar).
  • You are very familiar with Windows 10/11/Server.
  • Additionally, you have basic knowledge of network technology.
  • You work in a service- and customer-oriented manner, enjoy working independently, and value interactions with your team members.
  • For communication with our international customers, you need very good German and English skills (at least B2).
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of AV systems as well as Dante/Tesira.

Starting 35,000 Gross/Year

Employment: 15 to 20 hours per week. The salary is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact salary depends on your experience and qualifications.
